Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (00:00.044)
that with the implants or without implants, I would have went through my health journey. Now, did the implants help my health journey? Absolutely not. Do they compound it, make it worse? Because your immune system is putting out energy to try to help this foreign object in your body, right? So that's energy that could have been used somewhere else. That's inflammation that my body was like, stop, what is this? What is this? Because once my body started going into fight or flight, it was downhill from there.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (00:24.707)
Welcome to the Beautifully Broken Podcast. I'm your host, Freddie Kimmel, and on this show we explore the survivor's journey, practitioners making a difference, and the therapeutic treatments and transformational technology that allow the body to heal itself. Witness the inspiration we gain by navigating the human experience with grace, humility, and a healthy dose of mistakes, because part of being human is being beautifully broken.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the beautifully broken podcast. I'm here with myself and my longtime friend, Danielle Page. Hello, we're finally meeting in person. Danielle. So this is a great example of a friendship that we've cultivated over almost two years. And now we're just, this is the first time that we're in our physical proximity of one another. You know, it's a love language of mine, physical touch. Physical touch.

I think so, but I discovered that recently. my goodness. I tell you, if I had a nickel, I feel like I've been so devoid of human contact for it's been like a really, really tough two years. Same boy, same. Same. You have no idea. Same. So you're here in Austin. Yeah. So happy to be here, checking it out, see how I feel, see the community. Yeah. And so for you, we've done a podcast before. Yes. It's one of my more downloaded podcasts because people love astrology. They love soul astrology. They love cosmic body. They bring

the things that you bring to the table are so unique to that field, don't you think? It is, thank you. I really appreciate you saying that. just, whatever comes through, whatever channels through, it's, know, astrology is one component of it, but it's so much more because we're multi-dimensional beings. And now the body part, the cosmic body part is a facet that I'm working through. So it's my body, everything. It's not just astrology. If I'm just solely talking astrology, I don't understand us as quantum beings and we are quantum beings. Yeah.

I love that. And that's from my understanding and working with things like magnetic fields and frequency and sound therapy and being in this world of bio resonance and how the body can be rebalanced and put into its state of natural healing through sound. That's my belief system as well. So it's funny how we, it's not funny or coincidental how we met. It's definitely divine. You helped me so much in this journey. I I met you through Amcoil, wasn't sure. I'm like, I don't know if I'm going to do this. What is this bullshit? What is he trying to sell to me?

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (02:48.195)
I had to go to Dr. Joseph Spence event, get a download and Spirit had to show me that I needed this. And you've been such a support on my journey. like, even though we're meeting for the first time in person, you know so much about my journey. Like I've told you some gross things with my body. We talk about everything and like, we just get it because this is being human. And you've gone through so much. I went through a lot too. So thank you for being such a good support. it's my pleasure. It's my pleasure. It's just...

It's the best expression of the human experience to show up as self, right? And when we can know what self is, when we can understand that through our words and our actions and our belief systems and how we show up in the world, it just, life feels good. It's a wonderful, just divine experience. Every single morning I wake up, I'm like, wow. I actually wrote a post this morning. was like, my superpower is the simple things. It's waking up and wow, I still have a heartbeat. And I'm still.

able to walk to the bathroom or to sip on a warm liquid in the morning. It's a simple stuff that really lights me up. to do those things when we got very ill. So we appreciate it so much more. Yeah. It's that baseline of understanding. And although a painful experience, changes your level of awareness of how you understand, you know, how we show up as human beings on the planet. But I want to just a little bit backtrack because if somebody didn't listen to episode one with Danielle Page,

If you were in an elevator with somebody and you were to say, yeah, this is who I am. This is what I do. What would you tell somebody? my gosh. That is actually one of the hardest questions because it's so vast. I don't know how I could sum it up. What's the question? What I've been through? Well, imagine, you know, the pressure of the elevator. yeah. Right. Imagine you're on- second elevator pitch. Well, you're on, let's say you're on floor 14 and there's this somebody that you're kind of resonating with. You feel their magnetic field. You're like, Ooh, I want to let them know what I'm doing. It can be like a-

you know, tall, dark and handsome man, whatever your type is. And you're like, you want to give them the best possible download of Danielle Paige. What would you say? no pressure. Here we go. One, two. I am a multidimensional being who is connected to my heart, my soul and helping other people do the same. We do that through understanding frequency, energy, vibration, and clearing the limited beliefs because everything that we tell ourselves is a story and that's made up and it keeps us stuck.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (05:04.338)
So the minute we can move past that and break through that, we can move into other realities and dimensions and access the truth of who we are. Beautiful. make sense? That made sense to me. Nothing that I do make sense, but that's why it's so beautiful. Now, what would you say is a tool that you use to do some of that work? Like if we were to just talk about astrology for a second, what would you say with that? Well, yeah, astrology is a tool. You know, it's funny, everyone always calls me an astrologer, but obviously I'm so much more than that. So it's funny to me that they just think it's astrology because to me, astrology is a tool.

It's something that Spirit introduced me to. I've done this many lifetimes. I definitely had to study in this lifetime and learn. But astrology is so beautiful because it helps you understand your soul, purpose, what you're here for, why you incarnated, your behavioral patterns and our blocks. We all have blocks. Like, why do you do those things in love? Right? Why do you do those things at home? Why do you keep shooting yourself in your foot? And it's like, okay, what are your stumbling blocks and how can we move to the highest vibration of that highest octave of the energy?

Yeah, right. So astrology is one of my most beautiful tools. And now I'm learning the next is the body because we are actually ultimate machines. Yeah, and we are electric beings. And so we can optimize ourselves. Then we can download more. We can be clear channels and we're instruments of the divine. It's beautifully put. And so I want to take another elevator ride with you. let's go. If we could. So can we say you've got all these tools, you have this belief system and a platform in which you work with people you have mentioned or alluded to?

some unique physical experiences that have happened to Danielle's body. Can you just, again, in an elevator format, not to go into everything, but give me some of the things that you went through that have made you so strong and resilient today. Well, besides the emotional shit that I went through, the physical in 2017, my body basically imploded.

And I threw a series of events many, years, I learned, and again, I don't like labels, but I'm just explaining this so people have something to grasp onto so they could even understand the severity of what I went through. Lime, Epstein-Barr, mold, fungus, Candida, heavy metals. When you have one, you have them all because it's the train in your body, which I had to learn. It creates an environment for that. I was in bed for about a year, slurring my words, brain fogged so bad, barely remembered my name, didn't know how to look at a birth chart.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (07:17.116)
you're crawling on the ground to the bathroom basically at the lowest point I put on a bath and because I was so hold my body hurt so bad I was alone in my house I put on the bath and went in the bathtub just filled it up a little bit and went in a fetal position on the side because I literally needed somebody to hold me to hug me so I put the warm water around me and I was crying and I told the universe that if you want me to go on we need to get through this because I cannot live like this now I wasn't suicidal you can't live if you're sick

Do you know what saying? How bad it is. So right after that, I actually got somebody messaged me to do a live event in New York, to speak in New York. And I was like, okay, Universe, you're hearing me. And so it's just been a journey. And so through this journey, I had to learn everything about my health. Now, just to give people a little insight, I learned through spirit that this was contracted for my journey because I have a tendency to go into the galactic, to go into other realms, not purposely escaping, but I do channel a lot and I'm connected to a lot of other realms that I leave my body.

So my body was an afterthought. And so for me on earth in this experience, it was to come back to be in my body, hence Cosmic Body Podcast. So this was contracted for my journey. So I learned how to nurture and care for myself in ways that I never have, which I'm so happy I had to go through that because everything that's going on, know, 2020, 2021, know how to nurture and care for myself and take care of my health in ways that I would have never understood before. That was way longer.

That was like a plane ride, not an elevator pitch. No, that was a long one. Empire State Building. We're in the new trade towers wherever we are. It's a little bit of a ride. then so we've connected through obviously our first initial connection with amp coil and using pulse electromagnetic fields and frequency and which has changed my life, which has changed your life. So like, you know, in your experience, how has that changed your life? What's different from having that as a tool?

So one of the biggest things I can say is being so sensitive, and I don't say sensitive as a negative way, but I've learned about myself. I know who Danielle is at this point in my life. I am a sensitive, energetic being. I am more sensitive than most people on the planet, but that's also why I do the work that I do. So first of all, like first and foremost, it is a tool for me to function and be human on Earth. put Lyme aside, put Epstein-Barr aside. You know, if you're, if I go into a room or go, I don't go to concerts anymore, but if you go to a concert, you just surround a lot of people.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (09:37.639)
I'm so open that I absorb their energy. You know, you could be like, no, I'm not gonna take it and no, I'm gonna put up a bubble of light. That shit doesn't work. So the reality is energy just moves through you. We need to process it. But since I am such an open channel and also an amplifier for other people, it moves through me. So that means my charge goes down sometimes because I'm inundated with other people's energy in my field. So even just going into the amp coil, plugging in, just doing nutrition.

doing deep sleep, doing, you know, any of like the basics ones are so amazing because then it brings me back to my energy field and I clear out everything else that's in there. So first and foremost, for anyone that's sensitive, it's just one of the tools to survive and thrive on earth. Second of all, it's helped me so much with my ex-plant, we'll talk about that in a moment, but also going through Lyme. And again, I'm not even actually getting to the Lyme because with Lyme comes the mold and the fungus. And I know for...

1000 % fact it works because when I first started the cleanse, you have to do them like 10, seven to 10 times in row. a formula, repeat it four times, six times, 10 times. So I think we did, Jessa was helping me and we did up to like probably 10 times with heavy metals and I don't know, was another one. then after that- Maybe like roundworms or something Roundworms, yeah. Home with roundworms and heavy metals. And after probably like nine or 10 times, I got rashes on my neck. And so whenever stuff comes out of me, it comes out on my neck, on my ear.

my arms, my chest, and my legs. It looked like I had ankle bracelets, but very thick and a rash all around. And that was coming out my body. And it was really hard. It was about two weeks of that. But after that is when my health significantly improved because it was like there was a blockage in my body that now was released. My digestion increased, my lymph nodes got better, my lymphatic drainage, my backup, everything. So that was a huge block. And there's other blocks that we have to go through and we're going through, but

It's a game changer. Yeah. Yeah. We won't stop going through blocks. no, no, no. Yeah. And I mean, listen, it's like if you want to blast that stuff with Western medicine, I think you'd be in a loop, but sometimes it maybe can get faster, but then you're going to do more damage. So I'm doing it more naturally. So it has taken time and it's taken time because you have to get to know your body and your limits and also what actually works. Yeah. And you've helped me so much with that. thank you so much. Yeah. I mean, listen, I'm lucky to have bought one and gone through my own journey of, you know, all the things that I went through with my health, but

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (12:00.69)
I understand what it does and how it shows up. So just to recap, if you've never heard about it, you know, when Danielle said run nutrition, you know, play a cleanse, what we're talking about is a 20 minute journey, a 30 minute journey, a 40 minute, and I say journey is a session. It's literally a collection of different frequencies or sounds in a different order, operation, and amplitude that gives the body information and the body chooses how to respond. So we can talk about

how interesting that you pointed to certain areas in your body where your lymphatic system. Always here. Yes, has certain drainage points where you'll see an expression of stagnation in the body and we were moving suck energy. So your body says, yeah, let's deal with this now. And so all we're doing is we're assisting your body with some heavy lifting and through repeated patterns, the body, just like learning the piccolo.

your body needs to go back and you need to take a lesson again and again and again. And eventually you'll pick up the lesson plan. And that is in the process of, or through the process of entrainment. You know, I say this often to people, I'm like, it works through entrainment. And it's, think everybody can understand if I have a tight hip flexor and I want to increase the body's range of motion, then I can go to a yoga class. One class, I could find some benefit. need to keep going back if I want to keep that improvement.

or keep expanding the range to which that joint functions. And so energy work is the same way, or working with your charts is the same way, or coaching is the same way. It's like, what do you want to get out of it? You know, it's about the work you put in. So incredible that you've had that success. And we've had, I don't know, there's like 3000 people in the world using this tech. And we have a lot of people, a lot of people find really great benefit with this tech. I think that's why I keep showing up and committing to it.

It's definitely, you just toured my apartment, right? The biohacking apartment. The biohacking service. The biohacking apartment. It's amazing. There's a cold plunge in the backyard. There's the new fit that I'm borrowing from somebody. we're gonna do that. We're gonna help you We're gonna do that. We just got you out of an ionic foot bath from AMD, a major difference. We got a sauna in the back. There's an ozone machine. There's all the things. Of all the tools, my regular three to four times a week is doing the coil or doing magnetics.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (14:17.849)
because I understand and the red lights, whatever it is, but it's easy, it's short and I understand from physics and the research and development the company's done, what it offers you just to help with the body's voltage or your charge. That's what it is. With a disease, you have a low voltage and I've had to learn to increase it. Yeah. So that's a common question that people ask. like, oh, what do you mean voltage? Can you measure that? There's a bunch of ways you can measure voltage. You you can do a quantitative EEG and you could look at the voltage from the brain.

I haven't really talked about this yet, but I did a quantitative EEG this week in Austin and the voltage, I'm bragging about this kind of, but not really. They were like, your voltage in your brain is off the charts. Like it was like a 24. And they're like, that's really impressive. They're like, what are you doing for energy? And you know, we had the conversation about amp coil, magnetic fields. And so we'll be doing some, I always like to quantify what the biohacks are doing to the terrain or the body. And I find great value in that because I am

I love learning, love through education showing people, because I don't want to tell you that it works. I don't want to be like, you should do this blah, blah, blah. I'd rather you understood it, made an educated decision about your body and like, yes. And that's how most of us work. We have to jump in. Anyone can tell us the water is hot, but we have to touch it to ourselves to find out. Totally agree. So I want to go back. You mentioned explants. hello. Let's talk about boobs. Let's talk about boobs. Let's talk about the divine feminine breast tissue. Yes.

Have you thought about, you done any of this exploration around that tissue, what it means to you as a woman to be embodied in the divine feminine? Oh, I spent the whole summer and still working through so much. So I can talk about all of that. Tell me what that means to you. And then we, should back up to even let people know what's going on here. Yeah, yeah. Let's do that. So I had in when I was, okay, so I'm 43 right now. When I was 23, I got breast implants. I am petite.

I am curvy, I got a big butt. And when I was younger, I was like, well, this is something that I want to do for me because I felt like it was going to fit better and look better in my body. Now, where did I get that idea? Obviously, I got that idea because I grew up there was no Instagram, there was no Facebook, but I grew up looking at magazines and comparing myself to others. So that's magazines do you look at as child? like Teen, Vogue, Cosmo, like all that, right? Just comparing yourself to all the models in there. Yeah. And that's what's important is I want to say. So I already got that in my head.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (16:43.383)
that my body didn't look right. My body was not perfect. My body did not look like these people. So therefore that meant that I was either not beautiful or lovable or this. And I don't exactly know what I thought when I was 23, but going back and sharing, all of that was put in my head, right? So I decided to go get this and I'll be very honest in the sense of, did I like the way it looked? Yeah.

Yeah, I'm gonna lie. Sure. my body. didn't look obnoxious. It didn't look like a porn star. They were small enough. Over time, they got bigger because the inflammation, which we'll get to later, but I liked them. And it was part of my journey as something that I had to experience. Did it help me tap into more of my feminine? Absolutely. Did I feel that I probably wouldn't have had those experience? Yes. But then, right, that's, we all go through different phases in our life. Yeah. And so about in 2019, I got the hit from Spirit that they need to come out, right?

I know that this didn't cause my illness. A lot of people are like, it's your implants. And I'm like, no, could you just, that's where people need to not just project their own Or put you in a box that makes everybody else feel comfortable. I'm actually gotten all this clear information that with the implants or without implants, I would have went through my health journey. Now, did the implants help my health journey? Absolutely not. Do they compound it, make it worse? Because your immune system is putting out energy to try to help this foreign object in your body, right? So that's.

that's energy that could have been used somewhere else. That's inflammation that my body was like, stop, what is this? What is this? Because once my body started going into fight or flight, it was downhill from there. Okay. So in 2019, I get a hit that they need to come out. And I was like, fuck off. I'm not ready. I'm like, absolutely not. So I told Spirit, really, because I work with Spirit daily. Like this is, my guides. This is my path. This is my journey. And I said, listen, I'm not ready to take them out. You need to let me know when I'm like at the last. They told me to take them out. And I was like, no.

We have a beautiful no button here that we're just gonna go ahead. was like, not happening now. Yeah. Okay. So I was like, you gotta tell me when it's absolutely dire, it needs to happen. And then in March of 2021, it was like maybe April, March, I got the hit and I was like, oh God, here we go. So I wasn't really ready, made an appointment somewhere in Florida because I was going and he wasn't my doctor, but basically I was like, I need to go get these out. Then I found my doctor.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (19:01.412)
I flew to Ohio, her name is Dr. Fang. She specializes in explant. That's all she does. She's one of the best in the country. And I'm like this, don't, you don't mess around with this. You don't mess around with this. the doctor's name one more time? Dr. Fang, F-E-N-G, Lujen Fang. She is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her office, her staff. They were so incredible. And so they treated me like I was royalty and took such good care of me. So, and she's also put me in a hyperbaric chamber afterwards.

foot bath, like they understand and they put me on heavy meds, okay? So I went there for that. So anyways, I knew that they needed to come out for my health, my journey and yes, it was my health, but it was also me coming back into wholeness with myself. It was this journey that that phase of my life was done and I wanted to feel my breath. So I spent the summer crying, shedding, going back to the 23 year old that did not like herself, did not think that she...

looked good enough because she didn't look like the people in the magazine. So I went through so many dark nights of the soul, the summer tears journaling, you know, feeling my breasts connecting to my body. And I was very scared up until the moment that I was lying on the table, I was crying so hard. And they were like, are you sure you want to do this? Because they're like, usually people are ready. And I'm like, I am so scared because I actually thought I was going to look butchered. And I needed to use that word because I need people to understand.

that after 20 years, I didn't even know what my breasts were gonna look like. I didn't even remember what size I was, if I even had any. And also when you take out implants, you don't just go back and look like, woo, peachy keen, you know? There's breast tissue that needs to bounce back. Sometimes they're saggy. I ended up getting a lift as well because it was 20 years and I knew that's something that I needed. So that's like an extra $9,000, but I was like, I'll pay 50 if it helps, you know? So that was my choice, but I was very scared. And so I share that openly with people because they need to know and they need to hear that.

And I have to say, I prepared myself for when I woke up, I knew, I thought that I was gonna wake up from anesthesia and cry because I literally was like, I'm gonna look ugly. That's what I thought. And so I was, and even knowing that, I still knew I had to do this because it was part of my journey. And I'm gonna tell you, I woke up from anesthesia and the first thing I heard, and it's like, gives me chills and it's so powerful. The first thing I heard from Spirit,

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (21:12.357)
or just even when I woke up was thank God those are out. And all of a sudden it's like they moved a block and I felt I have chills right now. And they remove this block and I felt dropped into my body in a way that I did not even know was possible. That I didn't even know. Because a lot of people are like, I have my implants and I'm fine. Sure. And I love it. And there's no shame. And I respect everyone's past. So this is no judgment. What everyone anyone wants to do, I respect that. But I'm sharing my journey. You don't know.

because you're used to it. They're sitting on your heart chakra. So I felt this connection to my body and I started to hysterically cry. And the nurse came over, she's like, are you okay? And you're in pain. And I said, yes. And I couldn't explain it all. And I said, yes. And I was just like, my God, I felt myself. I did not, for three months, I was preparing myself that Danielle, you might feel ugly, you might feel not feminine. And I'm gonna tell you, like, yes, clothes is different.

Yes, it's weird still to see myself. Listen, I'm still like 10 weeks out of 20 years of having C-cups and now I'm like a small bee. But I feel so much more feminine than before because it's me, it's my body. I touch them all the time, I connect with my body. And it's so beautiful because it is me. I don't have these plastic silicone sacs sitting on my heart chakra. Yes. You know, but here's also the thing. I don't have any shame or blame for the girl that put them in because that was part of my journey.

So if anyone has them in, don't blame yourself. There's nothing to blame. It's an experience. And if you want to keep them in, you keep them in if it's the right for you. But for me, I knew that I had to come out to be a clear channel for my health and also to come back and really accept and come back to wholeness with who I am. And it's a journey and she did an amazing job. They're super cute. They look like they're so perky. I did get an infection at like eight weeks out because my body is rejecting the stitches. So, but now we're moving through that.

because again, my body is so sensitive. It doesn't want the stitches in there. And so it was forming all these capsules around that. So, but yeah, it's been a journey and I'm so happy to share this with people. Again, there's no shame for any women that has them. I respect everyone's journey. All I can share is mine, why I got them, how I had them in. I loved them. I loved the way I looked in dresses. Now in dresses, it's sometimes a little different, but it doesn't mean I'm less feminine. It's just different look, but it's a natural look because to be honest,

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (23:31.795)
pig boobs are going out. Like where we're going, just, it looks so out of alignment with who we are. It's a journey, but everyone needs to get there on their own path. So if you have them in, great, celebrate it, enjoy the path. And then you'll know when it's ready to come out or not. Or not. Yeah. Or not. And so through this process, this very detailed process of selecting a surgeon, Dr. Fang, decided you're going to go to Ohio. How did you use some of the stuff you've learned through your health journey?

to prep you for your body, A, surgery, recovery, emotionally, you know, use things like AmpCoil. And what did your doctor say going through that process? Like, what was that like? You have to hear what the doctor was saying. building up to this, so I already clean, no sugar, no dairy, no soy, very minimal fish, no meats. And that's just what works for me. I think everyone needs to learn what works for their body. 100%. I am all for that. Okay. So I already clean.

I, you know, take tons of supplements that are right for me, not just random supplements, but supplements that are right for me. I used the Amco before, so I would, was working out before. I'm really making sure my cardio is good to go through the surgery with the anesthesia and prayer meditation. opened up the caustic records right before surgery. I had crystals on me in the surgery room. And yeah, I mean, it was beautiful. Even my doctor was like, let us know where you go. People go off into other realms. And she's like, let us know where you go. And you come back. She gets it. She gets it.

So anyways, what was so amazing is after I woke up, I had four drains in me. have to drain your fluid that comes out. And even when I woke up, the nurses said to me, oh my God, the color and the amount that's coming out now usually is around four or five days of other people. So they're like, we have a record of some people that only had their drains in for two days, because you have to it in for at least 24 hours. then...

I would have beat the record, but it was Labor Day. was Sunday, they were closed or something, and Labor Day, they were closed. So then I just had them in longer. But they said the color that was coming out the whole time was how people are, like sometimes even a week later. And so they could not believe my EKG was perfect. All my levels were so perfect. They've never seen anything like that. And they understood how much I took care of my body. So as I was recovering, I was doing pain release, inflammation, lymphatic. I was doing the amp oil.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (25:52.869)
I'm all through this journey and I recovered. I definitely was in pain because my body is sensitive, but my recovery was, you quick. You know, I definitely was in pain, but I feel like there's a difference between being in pain and being like sick from the surgery. So I recovered very, very quickly. And I know it was because of the amp coil and they were like, what are you doing? And I'm like, well, you know, I have like my hydrogen.

my minerals, all my things, making sure I had fiber, making sure my last meal before anesthesia was good, fiber to push it out, bowel mover so I never got constipated after surgery because so many women complained, or so many people complained about that. I didn't have a problem. I was on it. I know my body, I know what it needs. Ampoil was saving grace because I used that every single day. Well, it two days off, right? But every day that I could to assist my healing. Did you have that in the hospital?

The amp coil? No, no, I brought it to Ohio though. It's my Airbnb. Got it, amazing, amazing.

Hi friends, I hope you're loving this show. Let's take a quick break to hear a word from our sponsors. If there's one word that makes me feel really intelligent, it's photobiomodulation. Better known as red light therapy. Photobiomodulation has been clinically shown to increase energy, circulation, increase testosterone production and workout recovery, hair growth, even the improvement in the depths of fine lines and wrinkles. You actually don't have a lot of reasons not to incorporate red light therapy in your home and

not all panels are created equal, which is why the panel I recommend to my family and my friends is Lightpath LED, for the following reasons. This company continues to evolve their technology, including up to five wavelengths in each bulb. They include a three-year warranty. This is one of the most robust in the industry. And they also have pre-programmed frequencies to add the benefit of pulsed light to the body. And most importantly, after purchase support, so you know how to best use your device,

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (27:53.622)
for your specific needs. Now what does the evolving science say around pulsed light? Pulsed light yields benefit to the mitochondrial health, leading to increased production of cellular energy, thus improved outcomes. So say it with me, let's mind the mitochondria. So check out their beautiful new website at Lightpath LED and use code beautifullybroken, all lowercase, for a discount and checkout. Now let's get back to the show.

We're gonna jump back in. So we're at our point where you're talking about some of the things you did to prep yourself, how your body responded favorably to surgery, an incredibly record time of detoxification per your, is it Dr. Feng? Dr. Feng, yeah. Dr. Feng. She's so sweet. That's so great because I think it's really important for people to know that this is not a, it's not like pulling in a Monroe muffler for your car. You really wanna take, obviously we say that with a jaster, you know, a little bit of a tongue in cheek, but we really do wanna pick.

you know, who we allow to do some of this work on our body. on, a lot of people are like, I don't have the money. Well, here's the thing, you have the money to get them in. So if it's important to you, you will find the money you will save because this is your health, because you're going to end up spending more money on your health as well. I also want to add that when I got them in, I didn't know anything about them being dangerous. All they said to me, I was 23, and all they said to me was, you might not be able to breastfeed and you might lose some nipple sensation. And granted, we don't want to lose nipple sensation.

But I didn't think it was dangerous, right? was 23, different consciousness, didn't even know. And now they have a black box warning that they have to put on there because they do cause cancer. And Spirit told me, if I went down this path, if I continue this, I was probably gonna develop lymphoma. Yeah, so there you go. Like you cannot put a foreign object in your body and think that your body is just gonna be okay with it. And there's a lot of people that are like, oh, I'm fine. Well, honey, this is important. I was fine too for many years, fine, air quotes.

I was fine too because you didn't know. And then it's just all you need is one thing. And then my inflammation went off the chart. It was a ticking time bomb and my body couldn't handle it anymore. know? You know, again, I want to honor, I think you do a really good job at framing your body, your story, you know, how it's unique and individual to you. And that's, you can offer this as people can say, Hey, that really resonates with me. Or they can say, you know what? I'm doing good. I feel fine with my choice. that's totally fine because if someone would have told me you have to get them out and like,

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (30:12.452)
2016, honestly, fuck off, right? Like I'm not ready. So I get that. That's not gonna, everyone's on their own journey. But I know there are people listening that do want them out and are getting it in clean that it's not helping them. There are so many symptoms with breast implant illness. And here's the thing I wanna say. A lot of people think, if they just take out their breast implants, everything is fine. That is a very juvenile, like novice way to look at health because it's one component of it.

If it set off a domino effect, then you have to go back and fix or alter edit the other stuff in there. So I never even told the nurses, I'm like, I'm not getting this out and think everything's gonna be fine. This is one step and now we're gonna tackle the next and then we're gonna get to the next. And then every day my body is better and better. And so that's how I think we should look at health. It's not a one-stop shop, but everyone has breast implant illness because you have a foreign object in your body. If you have them, it's just at what level is your body reacting to it? I didn't even have any symptoms that I knew about for probably like,

you know, 15 years and then, you know, my body could not take it anymore. Yeah. I want to talk about to also to speak to the sensitivity of your body and just to pivot topics because you're in Austin, Texas now. Obviously this is like we've said, we're meeting for the first time you're here and you mentioned in your history, Lyme and mold toxicity and Epstein bar. So we're here and you've landed at your Airbnb and you're experiencing.

You again, it's like you've been here one night and you're experiencing a symptom or a signal or a voice from your body. So let's talk about that a little bit. talk about that. So, I mean, my body is screaming at me this morning. So I knew in the Airbnb we walked in, it felt a little bit mildewy, moldy. You know, we put the air on the air. It's not like cigarette smoke. Like I felt like the vent wasn't clean. So we turned that off.

and I woke up and I was so incredibly puffy in the morning. And obviously sometimes that happens in the morning, you get puffy, but not to this level. And I just know that my hands, can tell when it starts getting some like, just some like yeast coming out of my body and just being so inflamed. So my body is reacting, my body is telling me something. And so we could either ignore it or we can listen to what the body is telling me. And so that's why environment is so important because it's not just about, who knows this thing about spending money, being bougie and.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (32:28.101)
It's not about that. It's that I love myself so much and that I want to take care of my body and I want to put my body in the best environment possible. So now I'm dealing with where do I go? Like, do I stay there for a couple more days? Do I biohack here to make it okay? Do I go somewhere else? Right? And so you're helping me bring down the inflammation because I can feel it in my body. Yeah. So we did some things this morning. You know, we did, um, we've had your feet in the ionic foot bath, which again,

gives your body some positive and negative ions. It's very similar to walking on the beach, but maybe like 100X, 200X, 1000X. I'm not sure how to quantify the levels of beneficial energy that your body's getting. And it's very similar to grounding, but we're doing it a little more targeted heavy lifting. You know, we did some movement of the lymphatics in the gym, which is great. We got your energy moving. Now there's a million other things we could do, but what I wanted to mention is, is that it would be easy to say,

that you will always be this person that will be hypersensitive to mold. And from my background and understanding, one way we can work with the body is we can either avoid all the stressors in the world. We can live in an isolated geodesic dome that shields us from all the EMF, but I don't think that's the world we live in. And I think that's also, to me, that feels reactive as opposed to responding to my information. I think another way to look at it is that we can work with the body's

response to some of these hormetic stressors. the immune system, just like our personality has a choice, how heavy handed we need to respond. So some things like I mentioned DNRS, dynamic neural reprogramming, work of Annie Hopper, Dr. Gupta, I talk about this all the time. It's a little, literally a process of speaking to your body's reactionary state. So we can not be, you know what, it might be good for you or Danielle might be able to say to her symptoms,

you know what, after 45 minutes of severe inflammation, I got it. Like I'm gonna move, I'm gonna get out. And then to not have to suffer 24, 48 hours, two weeks with inflammation. Now I don't know about you, but from my, again, my trajectory with mold, if I would walk in a Target, now Target isn't moldy, but Target has a lot of products with off gassing. And we're talking about VOCs, volatile organic compounds. So I would react the same way to walk in through Target that I would mold.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (34:47.8)
and I would get inflamed from going in those stores. Now I don't do that now. It's fine, but it's been a process of me not ignoring the body's voice. It's been working with how I respond to that information. And that's, know that sounds a little woo woo. Can I really control my immune system? If we think it's woo, then people need to really understand the universe because that is just ego. That's just ego. We got to get over that because we are quantum beings. We're quantum beings that

do intake information from all different sources of light and sound and physical matter. So one way I can sort of paint this is how can you give me an example of the body responding in the way I'm asking it to? We can literally speak to the symptoms of the body. Speak to your cells and instruct your DNA. Yeah, in the body we'll hear that. Yes. And a great way to look at that is how fear or an agitated state of anxiety can change your response to a blood.

glucose monitoring system, constant, a CGM monitor, which many people have seen like Level Up is one out there that you can look at your body's reaction to food. Now from testing this and wearing one for a month or my friend Lauren or my friend Kristen, everybody, everybody tells me that what happens is nothing changes my body's response to sugar, like stress, like anxiety and fear. so the way your body processes insulin is going to be a great driver of inflammation.

And so when we have a better understanding in our emotional response, and I always want to say the emotional response, because for me, that's like, well, I have a little control over my response. I don't have control over my reactivity, right? I'm not, it's like the snapping of a rubber band. like, that hurts. And we have a little bit of, that's the work that we do through consciousness, through awareness, is working with how the program of the brain is talking to the rest of the body. But I want you to share your story as far as

And I'm gonna give us some actionable also, very, very particular, like how we can work with the terrain and minerals and the building blocks of the body. course, of course. But I wanna hear your story about working with some of these responses to the environmental stressors like mold. What have I done for it? Well, give me some examples. What happens when you're exposed to these things because you've been dealing with this for a while now. What's your go-to when you have an inflammation flare? I mean, there's so many things. really have to...

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (37:09.853)
When I first have a reaction, have to sit down and I ask my body and I talk to it because there's so many different ways that you can go. And then sometimes we can get into the survival mode of that, which is not going to help the situation. So I really listen and tune in and, lymphatic massage is really important to get things. Cause I know when I'm inflamed, things are kind of stuck and stagnant in my body. Breathwork amazing. Lymphatic massage, red light, if I have access to that.

Coil put a like Nourish 27 with the glutathione codes. That's been really good. Beautiful. Lots of water with minerals, movement, rebounding, coffee enemas, colonics. I get weekly colonics when I'm back in LA. I did coffee enemas for a year straight, but that was just because like I had a lot of parasites and then it became too much for me. So I just do that like once a week maybe. I mean, there's so many tools, but I have to listen and see what direction that my body wants to go. I think that's the most important thing. Because if we just like,

pound it with so many things, it's already stressed. So we have to really listen. And I have to respond to something that you said about being woo. One, have to, like I said, we have to kind of get over that because there's a lot of people that are in the biohacking world and into science. And like, you know, that's like, I'm into science, I'm into biohacking, but we have yet to bridge the gap that we are, we are truly quantum beings. So we are woo, we are woo. It's not something that you make up like,

That's only the ego saying, I'm a dude or I'm this and I can't go there. I don't believe in astrology. Well, there's nothing to do with it, right? That's just ego. We are actual cosmic body quantum beings, channels of lights. What are we doing here? What are we, you know, we are light beings in this temporary vessel, right? So we have to take care of this density and our physical body is very dense. Our light body is very light. Our light body vibrates at a higher frequency. So then you put it in here.

And this is so dense. This is why it's hard to be on Earth because Earth is one of the lowest vibration frequencies that we know about. Right. So we are used to being light beings and then we're in this. Oh, like spirit even showed me how to meditation once where they dropped me back in the body and it was like, oh, it was just like, oh my God. And I'm like, I got it. Like there's lightness, there's weightlessness over here. But again, this is part of our experience, but that's why things get heavy and weighed down. So we have to constantly turn things over and constantly move because energy is emotion. It never stops. Right.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (39:28.905)
Yeah. Okay, so there's that. The other thing I want to share was in probably 2018, I don't even know when, when I was going through my health journey and putting together that the body is a quantum machine and learning about all this, I got woken up in the middle of the night and Spirit said to me, and I wrote this down, I had to grab my phone and write this down. And I don't have the exact words, but it was so profound because I've never understood this before. I didn't hear this. This was the first that I knew and was putting this together. Spirit literally woke me up to tell me, I heard it. It's like you hear it outside your ear. Spirit talks in many ways.

And it was in so many respects of your body hears everything your mind says or your body sees and hears everything that you think or feel. I don't know what the exact words were, but that to me was a game changer. And I was freaking out because I'm like, wow, I can actually see how everything is connected. We think we know your stress, you talk about that, we're in fear, everything is connected. I also know that part of the health that I went through.

was clearing a lot of the trauma that I had growing up. And we all have trauma in different ways. You my parents are very nice people, but I did go through some trauma, right? They weren't emotionally available in some ways, like they had to work, they grew up poor, so they thought working, you know, doing their thing. And then I was home alone, I always used to say, I raised myself, right? And it's nothing that they did wrong, my soul chose them. And now at this point in my life, I don't have anger for that, because I had to move through that. And I understand to have compassion that they were doing the best that they could.

but there is a lot of trauma that comes with it. So where do you think that's stored in your field? And what happens in your field? Your field is connected to your body. So half of our illness is yes, the toxins, the chemtrails, the chemicals and all that, and the behavioral patterns and the trauma that's stored in your field. It's a combination of everything. So again, going through this, I learned so much. That was another tangent, but we got to talk about that shit. No, it's important. It's so important. That's why you have a lot of people doing biohacking, but they're skipping the emotional component.

You cannot skip it. It's mind, body, soul. Everything is connected. Everything is connected. If you get anything from this podcast, you need to understand that component. You cannot skip the emotion. Yeah, it's a little bit of column A, a little bit of column B, a little bit of column C. Yeah, I say emotional biopassing, know, because that is prevalent in that field. then I also just want to comment on the word, you you say science.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (41:45.203)
It's like, who's science? What science? Science is not a concrete platform in which there is some sense of assurity. It's an evolving, developing theorem to which generally people try to disprove, right? There is no, that's a fact, that's that. It's always been evolving. So I'll go to the idea of, or ideology of like dark matter. You know, what is reality? What is physical matter? If we keep breaking down matter in cells,

It's space between space between space. We don't get to a place where we find like some solid that is Danielle or Freddie or this court's table. It all keeps getting smaller and smaller. So you have to realize that as a human being, quite literally, I give off a measure, a measurable vibrational pattern that we can measure through scientific methodologies like a magnetic encephalograph or a quantitative EEG for my brain, giving off information in the voltage of my brain. It's all a vibratory pattern.

And so given that understanding, there are so many ways in which we look at this separate body, separate disease, separate that's what Western medicine does. They put it like you have something wrong with your throat. It's only your throat. They don't see how anything is connected. You cannot separate the body. Everything is connected. It's one unit. Yeah. To also say even within the world of allopathic, that it's problematic because

you have everything subdivided into a gastroenterologist, into mental health, into chronic treatment resistant depression. Well, it's very possible that the wall lining of your small intestine has been compromised. You're not simply making the neurotransmitters for serotonin. And that's not, you don't have the chemicals to be happy. You can try to meditate through it for years and years and years and you're gonna be banging your head against the wall because you're not going to a holistic person to look at the body as a quantum mechanics, functional, amazing.

dynamic divine being. I have to speak on, I mean, there's been many behavioral patterns I moved through with my health, but I have to say at one point I got so angry and it wasn't me. There was nothing going on in my life, but that's the parasites. When the bugs take over, I was not myself. There are sometimes I wouldn't leave the house at my really my sickest because I knew I was going to fight with somebody who was going to scream at someone because I did not feel I could trust myself because it was like something was taking over me. And I have to say,

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (43:56.013)
As I started doing the coffee enemas, which stimulates your liver to produce glutathione, I saw my anger change so much over time. And then I came back to Danielle. There was one point when I was on the phone with my mom, probably 2018, screaming at the top of my lungs for like stuff she did in childhood, because of course everything is coming up at that moment. But it was the rage that Lyme causes, the type of co-infection I had causes rage and ice pick headaches. I learned that after the fact.

and the rage inside of me that I was just screaming. I remember dropping the phone and shaking and crying because I didn't even recognize, like, how was I talking to my mom like that? Like, who was I? It wasn't me. I mean, it was like what she had to deal with with me. It felt so bad. But I learned, and that's the thing. It's like, someone would have put you on meds. That's not what you need. You actually need to actually clear your liver. My liver was taxed because that's where a Lyme goes anyways, you know? Before then it goes to the rest of the body. So it's just an example of that, what was living proved.

I was never depressed. Actually, when I got, you know, had my health crisis or got sick, say I was falling in love. It was like I was traveling the world. was everything was great. You my business was just really starting to take off on another level. And then I got sick. So it was like, people are like, you just don't love yourself enough or no, there's so many components, you know, like, don't just put someone on meds, you fix and you heal the body and then that changes too. And I also saw

with my gut, there would be some days I would wake up and I'm like, oh God, I have like the flu, because the Lyme flu as I call it, and I couldn't get out of bed and then sorry to be TMI, but I would go to the bathroom. And then all of sudden, toxins would leave my body and I would be fine. And also saw my mood and my clarity and I would get work done and it would bust it out before I had brain fog. So that's how much I saw firsthand experience of literally the toxins in your body, leaving your body and what it does. I mean, it was wild, the difference that I saw. How would you compare yourself from the beginning of your health crisis to today?

In what sense? much like give me a range of functionality. I crawling on the ground, slurring my words. Yeah. Like I literally were talking like I couldn't get words out. And I was just so I mean, I'm not one to lay in bed for days upon time. And again, someone would I know she was depressed. It's like, no, I actually could not move my body. And now I definitely still have stuff that I'm working through, but I work out now.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (46:16.845)
I'm traveling again, I'm here, I'm doing my work. I feel amazing compared to what I did. But it was a journey. And that's why I like to really help people kind of fast forward this. Everyone's body is different. I believe in bio individuality. We have to understand about our body. But here's what works for me. And so if there's an interest, you just check this out. If it doesn't work, don't do that. Go into something else. But here, check this out because I want to speed this up for you because I have to learn a lot of this on my own. Yeah. Yeah. Incredible.

You know, the other thing I want to just speak to is like this realm of cosmic body calling in some of the stuff we want to do physically and we want to work on in 2022 are, you know, we talked about anti-aging. Oh, we're like, we're a similar age. know, we're a similar age. Twenty five. We're a similar age. Twenty five. And we're calling in some level of we want these bodies to be vibrant so we can do the work that we need to do in this evolving age of Aquarius. Yes. And, you know, I think oftentimes

what I've learned from, especially in the last six months, eight months is the value of working with the muscularity or the muscular density of the physical body, those dense muscles, that framework, which keeps the levers and pulleys of the skeletal system functioning so well and allowing you to do your work. Cause when you're, when you're not in pain, when you feel vibrant, when your energy is, is incredible, everything's better. You know, you show up better on lives. You show up better with work to channel and

we will often put aside physical exercise, especially with Lyme, especially with mold, especially with chronic illness. And you'll hear people say they're like, well, we don't want to tax your your overtax system. We want to protect your adrenal glands. You're so weak, you're so gentle. And I do think there is a line that you want to dance and challenge and work with as far as like what we do with our musculature, because that is mitochondrial density. That is, I mentioned this on our first live, one of the best things it's called.

the metabolic approach to cancer, like looking at how we support mitochondrial density, which I'm trying to think how many are in a cell. thought yesterday somebody quoted me, there was like 200 mitochondria in a cell that are literally these little energy powerhouses that are creating, we say ATP, adenosine triphosphate, currency of energy of the cell. That's not really true. Well, they're making, what are they doing? They're breaking apart ATP and it's breaking apart electrons. When that happens, the cell is emitting light.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (48:43.853)
Right. Yes. Your cell is making light. Yes. You know what mean? We like them as little happy guys. Yes. Yes. So they're making they're releasing electrons. So imagine the sun emitting electromagnetic field, which makes plants grow and food grow and animals eat the plants and they turn it into a carbohydrate and you and I eat a carbohydrate for energy or a fat for energy. That's the only two things that make energy. A protein doesn't make energy. And so we are these beings that are

nuclear fission machines that are creating light inside the cell. We are light beings. That's That's exactly what I said. We are light bodies. Yeah. It's not, it's not, again, to go back to this, it's not a woo with science. This is what happens. So cultivating that, you know, through some of these cool technologies that are coming in in 2022. So I'm excited to work on some of that stuff with you. can't wait to do this. I love this. This is where it's going to be wild. And I'm moving in 2022. Who knows where, but I just, new space, new energy. It's all part of it.

Yeah, new space, new energy. The other thing we touched on is, and we've mentioned this before, is minerals and mineral balance. to think that, you know, one thing we deny where we're at, we have to admit that we are on a planet that we've done some severe over farming, that we've changed the nutritional content of food. We fucked the soil pretty much. Excuse my language. No, no, no. I'm just thinking about that. I'm like, because yeah, if we were to have sex with the soil or fuck it,

we would be making a childless, I'm like, yeah, but I get what you're saying. We're like, we have taken- fucked ourselves with the soil, basically. That's what I'm saying. Yeah, we fucked ourselves. talking about sleeping with the soil. What's in your dirty mind? I'm saying we fucked ourselves with the soil. I was just trying to decide if that term was appropriate. But we have depleted. You know, we've drained it like an abusive relationship with the planet. Yeah, we're all depleted. You can see everyone's anchor. If everyone meditated, did some biohacking, did colonics and enemas, we'd have a very different-

But half the people don't take responsibility for their own, because they don't know, because they're just robots moving through and being told what to do by media. And I think one of the most empowering things that came out, that's true. That came out. I think one of the most empowering things we can do is look at how we supplement minerals coming into the body. So I think that's probably going to be one of our first steps. I tell intuitively that mineral balance is the biggest thing because my nails always break. And then when I have more minerals, everything changes.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (51:04.913)
So I know that that is an underlying issue. Are you doing any minerals right now? Yes. Tell Yeah, the Keaton. The Keaton, wonderful. The Keaton. And also I have fulvic acid at home. I didn't travel with me because I'll have it in Florida. So just in these two weeks I don't have it. Wonderful. the fulvic acid as well. Great. So we're going to actually, run some tests soon. I think you'll be so excited. I'm so excited. To see my results. I can't wait. Because really what we, when we're talking about mineral balance and

You know, when we're talking about the ratios of specific nutrients, specific minerals to each other, we can look at inflammation, we can look at thyroid function, we can look at hidden toxicity in the body, like mercury and lead and aluminum. Because I got jabby-jabbed in 2016 before I was conscious to go to Bali to be safe. that took... People think if they get jabbed and nothing happens right away, they're fine. That's the biggest false flag I've ever heard because you don't understand the body. It took about nine months and then it was just...

You basically put toxins and toxins and toxins, your body becomes a tipping point. So the more you put in, the sooner it's going to tip. And then it tipped and the amount of mercury and heavy metals that the doctors found in me, they were like, couldn't even believe I was alive. And I was like, they said, what did you do? I said, well, I just get jabbed in 2016 before I was conscious because I want to be safe because I have a sense of the body and that put me over the edge. Yeah. So it's some of the work of there's a clinic in Switzerland, a very famous doctor called Dr. Rao, which, you know, what they do is they talk about the barrel.

the body being a barrel and it can be filled with so much toxicity. And then the expression of illness is that barrel overflowing and my barrel just busted. And so we're going to look at Danielle's barrel in a different way and we'll, and we'll do, we'll do more of this self discovery, but it's going to be fun for everybody to learn through this experience. And Danielle, I'm so happy you came to us. I'm so happy to be here. It's so fun. It's just my first day. So I can't wait to explore, the community. There's so many people here. probably have another podcast I'm doing as well.

And I love this, so thank you. It's so nice to meet you in person, finally. But when we met, I was like, wait, we actually haven't met, because I know you so well, that it was almost shocking that we haven't met in person. It was weird. It's wild. So hopefully 2022, we have a lot of that, a lot of meeting people that we just developed online relationships with and we can meet in person. I mean, they're moving here to Florida, so it'll close. Exciting. So ladies and gentlemen, beautifully broken podcast, Danielle, I want to leave you with just one parting question.

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (53:26.419)
You know, I usually ask this of people, but I would assume the answers changed from two years ago. I'll be able to go back and listen to it. But what does it, you know, what does it mean to you to be beautifully broken? First, I don't even know what I said last time. Totally. So that'll be interesting to hear. To be beautifully broken is loving and accepting all of yourself and wholeness. And I think of wholeness getting out my implants, just coming back to self. So just loving yourself through the mess of it all. And life is messy.

And that's beautiful and vulnerable. So just being okay with your, mess. Yeah. I love the story you offered in which you were just out of surgery and to feel your body without the weight on your heart chakra. was, and I didn't actually feel the physical weight. was an energetic weight. Yeah. Because physically I'm still shocked. I'm like, I don't really feel any difference. Like I thought I would be like, woo, the bowling balls are gone, but I don't actually feel physically different. I feel energetically different. Incredible. That's what's so interesting. Yeah. It's amazing.

Well, this will be a great resource for people and... I have one thing to add. If people are interested in their learning more about X-Plant and my journey on Instagram in my saved stories, I have X-Plant part one and part two. have so much information there that I purposely saved that will walk you through and answer so many questions. So I wanted that to be a resource for people. Amazing. And Danielle does such a great job with your Instagram and the thorough nature of all the information you put on there. you.

Really and truly. just give so much free information. Amazing. Thank you. I'm honored to have you here and can't wait to biohack for the week. Love it. Okay. Namaste. I've become increasingly aware of the way environmental toxicity affects my body. Now in the past I've tested high for mercury, lead,

cadmium, glyphosate, and mycotoxins from mold. Now know what you're thinking, that is a full bucket, and even worse than the list of toxins was the fatigue, the neuralgia, and the brain fog due to the burden on the system. So luckily I was introduced to the ion cleanse foot bath by AMD at a wellness conference. The system uses both positive and negatively charged ions to help eliminate these harmful toxins from the body. So my N equals one experiment...

Freddie Kimmel and Danielle Paige (55:48.63)
