EPISODE TRANSCRIPT
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (00:00.076)
Behavior-wise, one of the best things somebody can do is get out and watch the sunrise and go barefoot. We really have the 21st century disease. Not only is our food lacking the nutrient density, but we're in this artificial environment.
Welcome to the Beautifully Broken Podcast. I'm your host, Freddie Kimmel, and on this show we explore the survivor's journey, practitioners making a difference, and the therapeutic treatments and transformational technology that allow the body to heal itself. Witness the inspiration we gain by navigating the human experience with grace, humility, and a healthy dose of mistakes. Because part of being human is being beautifully broken.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (00:52.622)
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the beautifully broken podcast. We're here on a stunning Wednesday and I'm in Connecticut. I have a guest on the other side of the country. I would like to introduce Eileen Durfee to the podcast. Well, thank you for having me. It's an honor. know, every once in a while I'll come across someone on another show that I'm listening to. I'm a big connoisseur of health and wellness. I have my seven or eight shows that I listen to.
And I'll hear a guest and I'm like, my goodness, that person is the perfect fit for the beautifully broken podcast, putting ourselves back together. Eileen, you've got quite a story with long-term chronic illness. Can you tell the audience a little bit about what you went through? Well, I was almost a miscarriage and I was born. And when I started walking, my hips were twisted and I had to wear special shoes. So I've like been in pain, structural pain my whole life.
I grew nine inches in three months, was walking in a parking lot, got ran over by a car. So I mean, every breath hurt. And after I got through that, I started developing allergies, allergic to everything. I was in the nuclear power plant construction industry. you're exposed, that's before they had like adequate ventilation when you're welding or this or that.
breathing a lot of those things, having so many health problems. And then medication, the doctors weren't giving me relief. mean, there's some people out there that can take medications and they feel pretty good. In my mind is still artificial health, but I couldn't even get artificial health. And so I just had this underlying gut feeling that if my body just had what it needed,
that I could help it along and it would work. It should work, right? And so I just started doing everything I could, you know? And at the same time, my mom was having health issues as well. So we were both trying things, diets, cleanses, detox things. And once we realized that it was the toxicity that our body had and that couldn't eliminate,
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (03:13.646)
that was contributing to this illness. Then we were on the road to recovery. And one of the significant things, I mean, because I got into rife machines and multiple wave oscillators and Bob Beck machines and Holden Clark zappers. I mean, you name it, I had it, you know, I spared no expense at buying all this stuff, but I felt like I was an automobile with a dead battery and I was refusing to go buy a new battery and I was using jumper cables all the time.
That's how I felt because I would feel great. It was like a ball and chain. I had to be hooked up to these machines every day for so many hours to be able to feel like I was symptom free and that I could function. And so when I came across laboratory hair analysis, it was just one more thing that I was going to try. And it was amazing to me because I started noticing I didn't have to go sit in my multiple wave oscillator. That's a machine that Likowski
developed with Nikola Texla that was used in some early cancer trials and some other trials with arthritis and things like that. And it works with resonance and I could go in there with pain, structural pain and come out pain free and I'd be pain free for like a day and a half and I could sleep and all these other things. so I started noticing once I was taking these recommended minerals that the pain wasn't driving me to have to use these machines anymore.
It was like my body was getting a new battery. You know, it was getting the balance of minerals so that then the electrical neurological system and everything else, and my body was beginning to work. And so after about five months, man, it's just like 80 % of my symptoms were gone. And then, you know, they recommend a retest actually in three months and I didn't, I just kept on for five months and a bunch of my symptoms came back.
So I got a retest and out of the morning, noon, and night supplements, there was like five of them that I was taking. One of them, they said, don't take two tablets three times a day. Only take one tablet three times a day. And I kid you not, by about day three, all those symptoms that had reappeared went away. Then I became like horrified. You mean...
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (05:34.702)
I switched from using drugs to medicate symptoms to using natural substances to medicate my symptoms. So, you know, I'd be taking this because it's good for that or that would help me to sleep. Not realizing that, oh yeah, all that extra calcium and magnesium that I was taken to sleep and go to the bathroom was like displacing in my joints and causing all that pain that I was having. And so this just really opened up my eyes because of that, just like any...
detox program you might do. Some people like feel horrible, right? We get the hexheimer reactions, we get all this stuff going on and you can like barely live through your cleanse. I mean, we've probably all been there, done that. And the principle, the way that hair analysis guides a program is it's fixing the reason why your body had to utilize a junkyard part to survive. There's this
all this biology that happens where our nutrients get pumped up the concentration gradient to go in a certain cell, but if it can't get there, they don't call them heavy metals for nothing. It can go there and maybe give you 10 % function, 15, 20 % function. So when people use all these chelators,
to get this junk out, it's non-discriminatory. It takes the good minerals out with the bad, but it didn't fix the reason why your body's using lead for calcium. And so when you go on this nutritional balancing program, I said all that to say this, that it causes your body to think it won the lottery. You're not using chelators, but out of the organs and the tissues,
These elements that have been sequestered in your body are now in your bloodstream circulating around. So every imaginable symptom, you you're getting better, but it's like while it's circulating in the bloodstream, it can cause havoc. So then I went to methods to get that out of the system as fast as possible. Dry skin brushing, the near infrared sauna, coffee enemas, drinking ozonated water, all.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (07:42.356)
these things, but I gotta tell the story so people can understand about this adaptation process of the human body and why just randomly doing cleanses or taking supplements could be dangerous. So every time you move a muscle in your body, your nerve fibers release elements of calcium. So there's a piece of equipment in your body that's really good
putting that calcium back in your bones, teeth, and nerve fibers. Because after all, over 90 % of our calcium are supposed to be there. And it's called the sodium calcium exchanger. And it takes three elements of sodium to one element of calcium to put it back. So if you have adequate sodium levels, you're in pretty good shape because that equipment works. But the problem of it is, is what's the number one complaint of everyone these days? I'm fatigued. I don't have energy.
that, you know, and we're living in the 21st century, you know, like we're whipping the dead horse to run the race. We're taxing our adrenal glands like crazy. And the adrenal glands are actually the one thing that controls our electrolyte sodium levels. I mean, you can get a little bit from diet, but mainly the hormone aldosterone is what controls electrolyte sodium levels. And as I mean, 80 %
at least 80 % of all the tests I've seen have really low sodium levels because of adrenal gland insufficiency or exhaustion. So in that example, so obviously the body can't get calcium to where it's supposed to go. So what does it use? On the table of elements charts, lead's right next to calcium. The body out of a survival mechanism will use lead.
as a junkyard part, kind of like duct tape. know, if something breaks, can like duct tape it together and you can get from point A to point B. So that's what your body does. So you have to fix why it's doing that if you're going to be successful at any detox program, because if you do take that junkyard part, along with some good OEM car parts, you know, you initially might feel better because you're less toxic, but then you're going to accumulate more than you had before.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (10:01.984)
I know people, I know we jump in, we want to go both feet in the water and we say, want these awful heavy metals out of my body. I want to kill this virus. I want to eradicate this bacteria. But we never think about what the terrain we're creating, what we're making it hospitable before. And I think the way you frame that is so beautiful. It's a really easy way to understand the body's just trying to survive. And it's going to use whatever it has at its fingertips.
It's the same thing as a dysfunctional relationship. I did the best that I could with the information I had, with the time that was available to me. And we make it happen. The body makes it happen. Can you go back for a second? I know people think that, and a lot of people, their first jump into wellness is diet. They're like, I gotta eat this diet. It's paleo, it's keto, it's vegetarian, it's pescatarian, it's the carnivore diet now. And there's so much dogma around what to eat and...
We always talk about the vitamins, but I rarely hear people speak until like, honestly, like the last three months, probably when I need to hear it about minerals, minerals, minerals, and the viability and importance of where minerals come into play and why we're so deficient in minerals is this generation comes around the clock. Can you speak to that a little bit? Sure. Every cell has an enzyme binding site and you can't even bat your eyelashes without enzyme.
that calcium goes to a bone cell and binds in that enzyme binding site. So if you have enough cells that don't have the calcium that I call them new car parts versus junkyard parts, you know, full of lead, then it's not going to function correctly. I think that if everybody had the right minerals where they're supposed to be, just kind of like if you put together a new car,
You know, if your seat's nice and company, that works great. But if you're sitting on your lug nuts or your tire, that doesn't work so well. And for every cell that doesn't, like in the example of calcium, the calcium has to go somewhere. So not only do you have one cell toxic because it has the lead in it, then you have a cell that's dysfunctional because the calcium went to it, like the joints.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (12:27.764)
or like your cardiovascular system where the plaque is building up and you know, everything like that. So minerals are critical and your body's wired to always use the most efficient item present when possible. It's just like if you have the key to the front door, you'd go in the front door. But if you didn't, you might go around the back door, climb up a ladder, break in a window, all that time and energy, but got you to the same location. You can tell when somebody has mineral deficiencies,
when they're fatigued, that's the first sign. And also a big play that people are not addressing with this is hydration. I would say 80 % of people are dehydrated and some of those people are drinking plenty of water, but it's running through them. So the type of water, there's just so much at this, but those minerals are kind of like the spark plugs.
nothing is going to work without them. And even the USDA, from their records back in the 1940s to now, analyzing the nutrient content of food, it's 40 to 60 % less. And you wonder why people have eating disorders? It's not necessarily because they're craving the food, it's their body doesn't have the nutrition. So it's like eating more and more and more of something to try to fill that void.
Yeah. I think it's a really good visualization for people to understand. We always talk about the body being a battery and the body holding a charge. And I don't think it's common knowledge to everybody, but the body is an electrical body and a magnetic body before it's a chemical one. And just like the batteries that I have in my podcast zoom recorder right here, when that copper drains out of that battery and it can no longer hold a charge, it's
It doesn't do what it's supposed to do anymore. And the body isn't different than that. You know, one thing I would love for you to also expand upon is this idea of not just willy nilly going and just starting to dump minerals in the body. And what does it look like to take a really quality picture of what's going on in the body? You mentioned hair mineral analysis. I think we could do some more details around that would be very helpful. Well, there's two companies that don't wash.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (14:51.956)
the hair at the lab. And those are the only ones that I would recommend because you have water soluble minerals. Yeah, you got to cut, you wash your hair, have it dry, you know, not have a bunch of product in it. Take a short sample because length of hair equals time. I mean, people have to realize on this hair mineral analysis, they want to know, is it going to show all my
toxic elements in my body, I say, well, only if we cremate you, but then you won't be around to see the results. The length of hair expulsed time, and that's based on what's been circulating in your bloodstream and depositing in your hair. And so it's like maybe a good analogy would be a horsepower and torque test on a motor, like a dyno test. Because like, you know, race cars, they win the race if you're right in that sweet spot of energy production.
You know, but if you're like grandma driving in sixth gear going five miles an hour, you're going to get to just chug along. You're going to have carbon build up. It's not going to work so good. But if you're a teenager driving in first gear going a hundred miles an hour, you're going to have excessive wear and neither one gets very good gas mileage. So this hair and else gives us a snapshot of our adrenal and thyroid energy production going on in the body. How we're utilizing carbohydrates.
when that carbohydrate intolerance might be developing because of adrenal gland fatigue. It's gonna show us how our sodium pump is functioning because we have voltage gated thresholds in our bodies dependent on that sodium and potassium. And so if that's not functioning, you can be like a Petri dish for infections.
And there's certain diets that I can almost tell you 80 % of the time that person's going to have that low ratio. They're going to have immune problems. There's things that you can see your mineral levels. Most importantly, the ratios, your body will strive to keep a ratio intact over maybe of level. So there's ideal ratios, ideal levels, and then there's
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (17:04.904)
an observation of the toxic elements. And some people come back and it shows no toxins at all. And they're like, man, I'm great. And I'm going, no, that's not good because we're constantly, even if you're eating organic, you're drinking clean water, you are exposed to toxins in the air through skin transfer. I mean, you're indoors with all of the outgassing from all the things, you know, there's just no way to keep away from it. So what you want
Because the body, if the homostatic balance is there and that cellular mechanism is working, your body will naturally be more resilient and resist accumulation of toxic metals. So we have to see a certain amount of those showing up in the hair, or we know that they're a poor eliminator. They have problems eliminating the toxins. And so there's like over 100 patterns you can have on a hair analysis.
and I developed a software program to even track on retests, you know, whether a problem is trending worse or what's going on. And then we've listed out the potential causes, you know, like somebody who's like a workaholic, what that does, you know, it increases need for certain nutrients and dumps others. there's so much that hair analysis can tell.
But what a person needs to do is they need to get regular retest because like people go on diets. There's more than just these recommended supplements that alter your chemistry. Any kind of stress, heat, vibration, cold, working too much, being in a bad toxic emotional relationship, working too hard, not getting enough sleep. I mean, it's like all these things impact, emotions impact.
And this is another thing is, is I could probably meet somebody and talk with them and there's certain patterns just by their personality, their behavior, some of the problems they have, I can almost guess what their hair test is gonna be like. I never thought I'd be able to do that because one of the guys who pioneered the development of this would talk about that, about how we could see this or that. And it's like, it is so true that
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (19:27.08)
We can do a lot of things. Behavior-wise, one of the best things somebody can do is get out and watch the sunrise and go barefoot. We really have the 21st century disease. Not only is our food lacking the nutrient density, but we're in this artificial environment with all of these electromagnetic frequencies and not having light, having the wrong kinds of light, but just getting outdoors.
that grounding, getting that natural light. So take off those sunglasses, don't have blue blocking glasses on because your eyes need that light to be able to begin to make hormones through the pituitary gland and the whole endocrine system. But doing that is just huge. Yeah. Can we talk a little bit about the actual, the nuts and bolts of hair and mineral analysis? So as like a guy who shaves his head,
And if there's other bald men out there listening to the podcast, what do we do? Well, I see you have facial hair. Yes, I got a little bit. We can test that facial hair. OK. And is that something that I would put? Would I let you know where I was taking hair from my body? Yes, yes. And if you ever then grew head hair, we wouldn't do a comparison of change or like we're allowed to have someone take pubic hair. But I've.
worked with enough clients doing pubic hair that it's not accurate enough, I'll say, you know, hair. And I've had a guy that shaved his head that he grew it out to where it was like a sixteenth of an inch long. And we literally were able to cut enough hair. It almost looked like he had an electric shave and you're banged out the hair. Yes. I mean, that's like really current metabolic activity, you know. So we can test the hair that way. Now, one time I took
an inch and a half long hair sample and a half inch, because they say you can do an inch and a half. But I wanted to see the difference because I felt the symptoms of copper being released. You know, I had problems sleeping, I had a little anxiety, you know, and all that. And then my inch and a half sample didn't show that movement, but my half inch did. And so I always encourage clients
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (21:47.722)
to use a half inch to no longer than an inch because your history lessons, so to speak, of how your minerals moved are going to be averaged over time. And you can have spikes that literally won't show up on a hair test that's over a longer period of time. And so I always encourage shorter, like half inch to an inch. And then there are certain things where somebody will be
This is like a pendulum, okay? So they're too far to one way. It's like we put a bunch of gorillas on this side on the rope and pull them this way. But once they normalize, if we keep on shifting that ratio or level further, then they can develop a whole new set of problems. And so commonly, when people start developing issues, I'm like going, you're pretty close to that ratio and you were taking this supplement to drive it that way. I think you've went too high.
I teach people to do some energy testing, kinesiology, muscle testing, because then I coach them and I let them know, you know, this is what's going to happen once that ratio shifts. Watch out for that. You might need to get a retest sooner or, you know, to stop this or take that. And so it's like we have these tools in the toolbox. I'll give you another example of how hair analysis works. I had a client who literally, I mean, just walking.
or doing exercise would almost throw them into a panic attack and, you know, heart palpitations and that can be pretty scary. And so they had to start the program even though they were told to take six of these tablets. Keep in mind, I used to be allergic to everything. So I work with people who are real sensitive. So we started her off by shaving off just some crumbs of one tablet to take in a day. Basically,
later on down the line with this real sensitive person she had worked up to taking more, but she was having an episode. She called me and I says, okay, go consume two tablespoons of fat. This person could have dairy. So I said, have like a cup full of full fat dairy and call me in 15 minutes. She called me in 15 minutes. She says, I'm normal. What did you do? I said, I put on the emergency break.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (24:08.15)
Her metabolism was speeding up and her body was detoxifying too fast. She couldn't handle it. So we slowed her metabolism down. And so that's why you have a big component of all these detoxification protocols. That's why I made all these inventions to make it easier so that we can sweat twice as much in half the time so we can detoxify. And that way I had one client, oh, I don't know.
just all kinds of like anxiety and asthma and allergies and like all these symptoms. So I always give the two week coffee enema challenge. And so the husband said, okay, I'm going to do that. So when we got his test results back about three to four weeks later, they were traveling up from California. So that actually came to my office. And so I'm going over how to start the supplements really slow because we got to get the body to eliminate and all this. goes, huh.
because 80 % of his problems were gone just from doing a coffee enema. He goes, huh, I'll just do a second coffee enema, no problem, I'll just take these supplements. So the protocols, I liken it to a nice, pristine mountain pond where you see the fish swimming around. It's great, right? Well, go in there with some waders on and kick some dirt up and you're not even gonna see the fish. So we gotta install a circulating pump and a filtration system.
So that's the same with our body. We can be superwoman, we can detox, we can feel great as long as we're adding in these extra protocols. Yeah, let's talk about amplifying our natural pathways of detoxification if we could. When I'm talking to somebody that's chronically ill, it's a long haul, everything feels bad, they can't sleep, they can't exercise. My big questions are, are you sweating every day? Are you pooping every day?
What are your processes of elimination look like? So what are some things that we can do to compliment those? I you mentioned coffee enemas, but I'd like to hear a couple of your absolute favorites. Well, dry skin brushing because the lymphatic system doesn't have a pump and your limb system could be clogged up. And that's fairly simple. Usually people don't have toxic reactions, you know, cause there's some people that you can hardly do anything with them.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (26:29.908)
because they're so far down the rabbit hole, so to speak. So dry skin brushing should not be under estimated. It's super simple. And then that rebounder, remember those trampolines, the little tiny trampolines? Those are great as well. And the vibration exercise machines, both the rebounding and the exercise plate.
because of the twitch of the muscles and everything else, but it's lengthening telomeres. So it's anti-aging and those are very well tolerated by people. Saunas, I started out with saunas years ago, loved them because I've always had underactive thyroid, know, so getting hot, being able to sweat because I could exercise and never sweat. And so that's not good. Like they measured the
toxins in sweat from exercise and then measured the toxins from sweat in a sauna and there are many more in the sauna sweat and because of the nervous system, the sympathetic versus the parasympathetic. So I was big into saunas and you know with everybody else probably in the 90s went to the far infrared sauna.
And then I had a doctor telling me, you need near infrared. So I'm going, geez, I just spent $2,800 on this thing. And now you're telling me it's no good, you know? Yeah, take my EMF meter and, you know. But when I went on a trip, because I didn't want to be without my son, so I got a near infrared light panel with the heat lamp bulbs on it. So I'm testing it out. Day one, hardly sweat. I what's going on?
Day two I sweat a little more. By day three I was sweating like crazy and I had this energetic feeling come over me like, my gosh, I feel so clean. I feel so energized. There really is something to this. And at the time my son was taking biology and chemistry class and he says, yeah, mom, that's phototherapy. That's, know, shine that on your, near infrared on your skin and make ATP, you know?
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (28:38.282)
You don't have to digest the food to get ATP, you just shine light on the body. How about that for energy, you know? And so then those saunas, they had canvas, yet they just weren't portable and everything else. So then I came up with mine with the radiant panels, because actually light travels at the speed of light. So my invention keeps the light rays in there.
So it's like you're building more internal heat from your cells metabolism increasing than from the ambient air temperature. However, it does keep 95 % of the heat in there. But I got a sauna, the sauna fix that you don't have to preheat. In five minutes, it'll be 20 degrees and you will sweat twice as much in half the time. And if the hairdryer works in the outlet, so does it. But that's my all time favorite.
detox thing is my sauna. I even have one that's big enough to do yoga in. So you can do some movement. There was a study with movement with near infrared. They lost up to 444 % fat and weight and had less pain. And you know, it like contoured their bodies. There's something really special with that light. And then, oh, one other thing that's my favorite.
And we can use the new discovery from Dr. Gerald Pollock at the University of Washington, the fourth phase of water. Water is just not liquid, vapor or solid. Now it actually changes density and stores electricity. just so happens since we're mostly water, this really impacts our body. Now they know what propels the osmotic flow in the body. And it's just energy.
The neat thing about it is, is when you have that alkalinity in the water and you shine 3,000 nanometers on it, it expands like crazy. Literally, they could make batteries out of water in the future. I mean, this is going to impact not only our house, but everything. And so the heat lamp bulbs in my sauna I had to analyze, and they produce 550 nanometers to like 3,000.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (30:59.542)
And so you're going to get red light near, mid and far, the kind that hydrates you. Then I ran into a Chinese acupuncturist who is selling like the most expensive salt in the world. And I thought that was crazy. But when he did the pH test in comparison all the other sea salts I was using, they remained acid and this one turned up blue alkaline. I started doing hair analysis an inch long every month.
And I would go on that salt one month on, one month off, one month on, one for like six months. And every single time my body eliminated toxic metals better, my endocrine system was better, I felt better, everything. So then I got the salt analyzed and labbed to out, does it have those toxic metals in it? You know, is it coming from the salt? What is all this kind of stuff? And so it's 11.72 pH. It's a powder.
It's 20 % minerals. It's the lowest sodium salt in the world. Plus, get this, it has a negative charge. So guess what that does? It makes that easy water. It changes the density of water in the alkaline. And I like to tell this one example because on hair analysis, not only on myself, but all these other clients, they're all able to detox more and have more energy when they're adding a little bit of this salt.
to their beverages throughout the day. And the reason why is the outside of your cells are supposed to be in alkaline ocean and have sodium in it. The inside of the cell, the heroes, the cleanup guys, they're called the lysosomes. They're the guys that clean up molecular debris, but they can't work unless we feed them protons. And the only way to get protons on the inside of the cell is for this.
of the cell to have the alkalinity and have that exclusion zone water created. And then it goes for the lack of a better turn it like opens up a portal and floods protons inside the cell so the lysosomes drop their pH because it has to be acid. And now they know it's a differential between the outside alkalinity and the inside acidity that generates hydroelectric power.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (33:26.57)
So you you eat food to have energy, you shine light, near infrared light on your skin to make ATP. And now you can make hydroelectricity by getting those alkaline minerals with the negative charge. I mean, it's just, it's a winning combination. Yeah. This is what we should really be teaching in high school. Some of the materials that we do is that would substitute for a health class. I feel like this would be really, really valuable to people to have a true understanding.
And what you just said to me is we've got this membrane potential. There's a charge, there's a differential and the differential between charge is allowing all these things to flow in and out of the cell, just like a healthy battery. You know, and it is the body electric. You've got to mind the body. The body is a battery that we can build up and you've really painted a good roadmap through. And I think this is really good to just reaffirm. Take a picture, take a snapshot at what's going on first. Exactly.
Before you go adding whatever technology or the lights or the sauna or the pulse electromagnetic field, know how your bioterrain is, what it's lacking and what we can kind of add to it to set up this perfect environment. And then we create a body that is more or less resistant to all these like infections and more robust in a world. You know, it's challenging right now. There's a lot of stress going around.
And I'm sure, I'm sure you could probably chart this if we were to do a subset of the population and look at a mineral depletion over the last six, seven months. I would have to imagine everybody's adrenal gland is pretty fried at this point. yeah. I don't want to give people too much information to digest because I know people's heads are spinning a little bit, but you know, as we said, it's the body electric. It's electrical communication between all the cells that we want to have a harmonious field. So what happens when we introduce
these non-native electrical signals, non-native EMFs. You know, I just watched yesterday about AT &T. They're like, America, it's here. Fifth generation internet. You're savior. You're going to be able to download a movie in 1.7 seconds. And for me, someone who's looked at the body electric and understood that I want my body to have its own network of communication. I don't necessarily want fifth generation internet.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (35:46.87)
disrupting that. And what are your thoughts about this new level of communication coming across our neighborhoods, our networks, and what can we do about it? Well, it's definitely going to cause inflammation patterns in the body and change oscillations of ourselves. So they're not going to be able to function or communicate like they should. And so for right now, I mean, there are some EMF stickers, you know, natural
stones, different types of stones absorb these energies. And so we have to locate the electrical emitting devices in certain areas and keep your sleep zones safe. Shielding. mean, I used to build houses and run construction crews and now I've got some property up for sale and I'm designing my house and my sauna tent panels.
They're an R12 insulation and their radiant barrier. They block everything. I actually bought some rolls. It's got a class a fire rating. It's 10 millimeter stick, but it's an R 50, but because there's a cell tower right outside at the property corner where my office is. And we are going to completely line the whole ceiling and the sidewalls in the office here. Cause it's going to block that EMF. So when I,
Build a house. I'm going to have the in on the outside of the studs before I put my sheathing and siding on. And then after I put my wiring in, I'm going to use, you know, like space blanket material, aluminum sheet, and I'm going to put it on the studs before we sheet rock. You know, everything's going to be grounded. mean, you know, if you have a laptop, make sure it's plugged in. There's grounded. I mean, there's things.
that we can do, but some people are gonna be more susceptible. Like people with parasites and Lyme seem to have more flares when they're around electrical stuff. So I suspect that it's interacting with that kind of terrain to where they're having, you know, more difficulty. I know kids with ADHD and all that kind of stuff. I think they have some heavy metals and different metals are gonna resonate differently. Like
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (38:09.46)
The nurse practitioner delivered all my babies and my three grandsons. Okay. So she's, you know, up there in her age and she had this MRI where they had some dye that had some metal in it. Well, now she's in her eighties and she needed a pacemaker. And because of the metal that was deposited in her organ tissue, she couldn't use the pacemaker because the metal, would just, the electrical connection would just go crazy.
If you can imagine with this higher 5G, especially if you're toxic. So I think now more than ever, it's better to get your minerals balanced. So, you know, you don't have all this extra aluminum or different things in your body. We need to change. We need to be purifying our air so we're not breathing it in. You're breathing every single second. So that's like your number one exposure.
They're gonna change what you're putting on your skin because whatever you put on your skin is in your bloodstream in 30 seconds. Okay, yeah, we gotta eat good. We should have the right kind of fats. Now the new study's out. mean, so it's like, you're a whole organism. And it's like, we gotta address everything. The other thing that's zapping people's energy is posture. You know, if you stand up erect and your hamstrings are tight,
you're spending way too much energy moving. It's like your head and your spine are not aligned over your hips. And if you're just two inches forward with your head and maybe an inch and a half, poundage in your knees goes up from like 89 pounds to like 893 pounds. mean, why are we having so many knee replacements? Oh my gosh. But your body spends more energy every day holding you upright in gravity than anything. So I mean, we got to address all these, you know, like,
plugging holes in the dam. Let's get rid of unnecessary energy expenditure and start building up energy reserves and minerals to resonate like we should. I mean, I have crazy stuff. I have one of those steep pyramids hanging on my ceiling above my bed. right under, you can measure the energies where my head, where I'm sleeping, I'm having like awesome energies.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (40:31.079)
I have Himalayan singing bowls that you can just like, you can feel it just reverberate in your body. I've got a rife machine. So I mean, I still use electric stuff. I mean, we're going to have to. I don't think there's an option. People cannot get their nutrition from their food these days. So you have to supplement. But now with the 5G, we are going to have to have our electro gizmos. I have a pulse electromagnetic frequency machine. Now I can just go down and lay on the mat and take a treatment.
that's going to get our oscillations back to where they need to be. I couldn't agree more. I think we have our tech that helps to rebalance, like you said, the oscillating patterns. So important. We've got to look at minerals. It's interesting when you said who is more susceptible to the 5G and it's, you know, it is the people that are chronically ill with Lyme. It's like, and what came first, the chicken or the Lyme? Do we all have Lyme? And we're having certain people present it because they have minerals that are so out of balance because they're living with.
a level of toxicity, which I sort of believe I think we can test a lot of the population and find a lot of these chronic infections in most people. Right. There was a really good study that came out and it like it showed that even like HIV had been in the blood supply of the US for something like 13 or 15 years before we ever had a problem. And I think we can show through testing and diagnostic work to the depletion of the soil quality of life.
non-native EMFs that we become, we have become a little weak as human beings. So we've got to fight for that resiliency. Eileen, where would you tell people to go and look at some of these? Like you said, you mentioned you have a song that you absolutely love. You have some of these things put together for the audience. Yeah. On Creatrix Solutions, that's C-R-E-A-T-R-I-X is an X-ray, solutions.com.
Nat's got all the gizmos to help your detoxification. And we're actually coming out with the neck shape or two. So we're going to have a whole spinal fitness product line to get rid of your back pain. And then if you want hair analysis, because I don't have supplements or hair analysis on that website, but I have them on Wellness Shopping Online.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (42:53.065)
And there's a great lab test. can get an initial test for 135 bucks with supplement and diet recommendations. And then if you want extra consultation time with me or a pattern report, you can pay extra for that. people know what to do from the report and the initial test so they'll have a direction? Yes, that one for 135 is very comprehensive. And then, you know, I have my cell phone on the website. If they want to text me and say, Hey, I'm
like having panic attacks or I can't sleep now, then I could do a mini consultation. They fill out a health history form or whatever, then I'll know which one supplement they're taking too much of too soon and how to counteract that. And you know, it also gives people power in their own hands when they know, that's just probably because of toxic copper. And I can kind of slow that down by taking this.
But I know I want to get better faster. So, but if they know they can stop it like that, you know, then people are braver and it takes away the fear and they kind of understand then also their habits for emotions and their thinking, different practices that they can implement that actually can help improve their health as well. Yeah, it's beautiful. And I'm sure this will resonate with everybody else listening. That's a very, very fair.
price to get a really good look at what's going on in the body and a really important one in my opinion. Eileen, I'm going to nominate you to come on again. I feel like we could talk about so many things and I want people to always, I want everything to be digestible for them. And I know we could do a whole show on the benefit of the sauna, which I'm such a fan of these red light spectrums, saunas, especially the bulbs that you have in yours.
that really do, it's a huge, huge difference in how much you sweat and how much you feel better, especially our Lyme chronic illness subset of the population. I want to just offer that I do hear people say, I can't do a sauna. I can't take it. I can't tolerate it. It could very well be you're in a sauna with high EMF that is sort of zapping your bio-energetic field. But also the ambient air temperature is less than my sauna, which is easier for someone to breathe.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (45:13.821)
Your body's actually creating more heat internally than from just the ambient air temperature because you've got maximized phototherapy because the light traveling at the speed of light can't leave. So it's rebombarding and re-exposing your skin. And then we have another device because toxic humidified sauna sweat. You know that we're re-breathing that we did all that work to get rid of that.
stuff and so I invented a little gizmo that cleans all that up but one of the accidental benefits of this machine is it increases oxygen 70 to 118 percent and with the amount of negative ions that doubles your sweat volume but you don't feel as hot or as tired and so we have this little combination of things that every single person I mean there's people
you know, NFL athletes, different other health podcasters who had promoted all these other different saunas. And I finally got them to try mine and now mine's the only one they'll use. I mean, it's like, so if anybody would try it, it's just so hands down better. It's just, I I love it. And the panel is such that if you were in a place like I'm a New York city native, you know, if you're in New York city, this is something you could put in a bathtub.
or a shower, you know, you can really get creative if you need to. I know space is always an issue for some people, but it takes less than 10 minutes to be sitting in the sauna, even if you had it in its travel bag. Amazing. And so I have actually a lot of people in New York that have them in little apartments. They just take it up, put it up, take it down every day. I mean, you can use the lamp.
in the sauna, but to really get the absolute sweat and the maximized phototherapy, you're going to need the panels. But the good news is it's even if you like the ones like a transformer, you can lay it down and even if you're six foot five, you can stand up, sit down, lay down in this thing. I'm six foot, my son's six foot five. So I made it that way. But even if it's three foot by six foot six, you can just flip it and it's three foot by four foot.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (47:37.929)
So a lot of people will lay down taking the sauna, but then they'll flip it up and push it in the corner, take the extra 10 minutes and put it all away in the travel bag. But you don't have to worry about COVID. None of the gyms really have, I mean, they usually have a traditional sauna. So it's like a heater in the room. You're not having the biological response and activity with the cells.
Yeah, it's a good thing to build at home. I'm a huge advocate. I've been seeing this a lot. This is the time, you know, the universe is giving you a clue. Have a home health rehabilitation restorative center and honor your body, your body. You know, we can't turn back. We can't get extra time, right? So the quality of time that we're here is, it's just so important. And this is really, it's a good investment. People will say, well, I don't have the money for that. And I'm like, what car are you driving?
Just tell me what your car is. What's the lease look like on your car? it's some, you know, it's some like $53,000, even a $42,000. You can get an awesome car for 10 grand and you can take that money and just re-prioritize. The value really is moving around with less pain and more joy. I mean, your quality of life is going to be better. It's going to be real limited. The car really does wear off fast. You know, the new car, the new car magic, you're like, okay, it's getting me from point A to point B, but.
There is real high value in having these tools at home for my money anyway. My grandma passed when she was 99 years old, but her life for the last 15 years was not good. She always used to tell me, don't get old. Well, the things that I'm doing are reversing the biological age so that I can be more functional and joy. And so for me, that's everything that my life is about. It's about family. It's about
taking care of myself, making sure I'm enjoying the journey. But yeah, we really need to do things. I mean, we do have Klarna, so people can get 0 % interest for 12 months, spread it out or have a reasonable interest rate and spread the purchase out 36 months. And so we do have that available or if somebody has PayPal, they can have six months at 0 % interest. So there's some things that...
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (50:00.403)
people can do for themselves. There's a big Lyme community where they just only recommend my sauna because people literally with Lyme disease can live symptom free. That's how fabulous this combination is. I haven't been tested so I don't know if I've had Lyme disease, but I had all the symptoms of Lyme, you know, in the 80s before it was really something that people said, that's Lyme disease. And so I
do all these things every day. You know, I mean, I had the red bullseyes. I felt like the flu symptoms, you know, and all of that. I mean, I've been bit my tics like crazy because we were always outdoors doing things. So I can imagine that that's something that's insulted my body, but now it's just part of my daily routine. I get up, make my coffee, my organic coffee for my coffee. And I'm, I'm ozonating my water so I can drink that on an empty stomach.
Then I go do my coffee and my breathe hydrogen gas. have my near friend light shining on me and I have a little high frequency machine that I use. So I'm doing my coffee and my multitasking. Then I get out of there and I do my near friend sauna and my yoga. So then I start doing movement stuff and stretching for my back and all that and just drenching, dripping in sweat. So I get out of there and I jump in and I take it.
ice cold shower and ozonated cold shower. That's my morning routine. That's my morning. Yeah. What's your energy like? Would you say, well, how would you rate your energy compared to other friends that you have that are your same age? a lot more, a lot more. I mean, if you look at pictures of me, my skin, like 10 years ago, I look younger now than I did then. Yeah. It's just like the whole organism is changing.
And to be able to not be in pain, do you know how many people are like have, you know, a pain here or a pain there or a headache or this or that to like 90 % of the time to be pain free at my age. I mean, that's awesome. I'm so thankful, but it always wasn't that case, you know? Yeah. Well, bravo for you being the advocate for your own change and a participant in your own improvement. It's inspiring.
Freddie Kimmel and Eileen Durfee (52:25.383)
Your energy is inspiring and it's palpable and it's nice. You know, it's not always the case that you get on and you interview someone in the health and wellness field and they're walking the walk. It's valuable to me and I applaud you for it and appreciate it. And I can't wait to do another one. people, and people just need to, you know, a lot of people will say, well, you've got to do this, this and this. And they give them no flexibility and then they never implement it. I mean, I encourage people to start slow.
Just do one thing and let it sell itself and make you feel the payback of that investment. So then you're going to listen to, she also said to do this, you know, then I can reel them in to better health. Beautiful. Eileen, we will do it again. Thank you so much for being a guest on a beautifully broken podcast. Well, thank you for having me keep in touch.
