What I Actually Do as a Wellness Concierge (And How to Stop Wasting Money on Health Tech)
Jan 20, 2026WELCOME TO EPISODE 275
In this short and sweet solo episode, I’m answering a question I get all the time: “What do you actually do?” As a wellness concierge, my job is to help people map out their healing path, leveraging 20 years of experience, a massive global network of practitioners, and a deep understanding of the body’s systems. Whether it's selecting the right red light panel, evaluating whether molecular hydrogen is worth the money, or just getting back to the basics of breath and light, my goal is always clarity, connection, and service.
I share why I created the Biological Blueprint program, how I help clients save thousands by skipping the hype, and what makes the Beautifully Broken platform so special. I also walk through the key mechanisms behind PEMF and red light and how they work at the cellular level. This episode is for the curious, the cautious, and anyone looking to make more aligned wellness decisions in 2026.

EPISODE TRANSCRIPT
Freddie Kimmel (00:01.122)
Friends, welcome to the Beautifully Broken Podcast. This one will be sure and it will be sweet. I got to tell you, I have been working on a website overhaul and the effort has always been clarity and connection and service. And I got a question last week. Somebody said, well, what do you do? And I said, really, I'm a wellness concierge. You know, I'm not, I'm not treating or prescribing, but I am helping people improve their position using all the levers available.
and we're identifying what the outline to better health could look like. It's really that simple. I am really a concierge and I know so many people and so many clinics and so many services, even nationally, globally, that I have a lot of fun with it and I'm really good at it. And so if you go to the homepage on beautifullybroken.world, you can see there's a section where you can book a one-on-one.
We can do a little free discovery call or you can say, you know what? I actually want to do Freddy's foundational program, which is the biological blueprint, which is my 16 modules, my love letter to the human body. And I said, you know, what I like people to do is go through the biological blueprint because then we can spend our time in the one-on-one doing the high level fun stuff and make the most of your time.
But so we have a shared language, that is why I made the biological blueprint. So you can understand that managing light and breath as medicine and your fascia and muscle building and movement mechanics and lymphatic drainage, conscious language, understanding biological dentistry and technology where it fits in, then we can just do better work together. And that's it. You know, the...
The question often starts with, it's like, well, what about, you know, this device? You know, let's pick molecular hydrogen. Freddie, I want to get a molecular hydrogen water generator or I want to get a device. And I am always happy to say, yes, here is the one or the two or the three that you should look at based on your need. But man, is that a big question because I'm so curious. I want to know why you want to bring
Freddie Kimmel (02:23.756)
molecular hydrogen into your wellness plan. I want to know. I'm so curious. And so if you were to tell me that it's for dysbiosis in the gut or you were to say it was chronic knee pain,
I might have a different answer for you. And it's very possible when we have a full conversation and I understand how is your sleep, how is your movement, what are you eating? What is the conversation that happens when you look in the mirror in the first thing in the morning? I may say that the molecular hydrogen is a poor investment for you at this time. And while it is a lever,
I think there's ones that are stronger, more affordable, and more effective. And there might be 20 that I would pull. Before, I would pull the trigger on the $5,000 to $20,000 molecular hydrogen inhalator or water machine. And I would want to do that because I would want to save you money. I would feel bad if I told you, well, here's the link.
And you went and bought it and I talked to you six months later and you're like, yeah, we didn't have resolution of our symptoms. Big possibility of that. Big possibility of that. We were talking on a meeting this week with a team that I consult and we were talking about, in its simplest form, how do we describe what technology does? And so we have to take something, right?
I have to give you an example to make this work and hopefully you'll understand it. Like if I take a glass of water and I dump it on hundred people, everybody gets wet. Everybody. So as far as a mechanism to get people wet, that cup of water is like probably the best way you can go. Right? And so how do we do that with red light?
Freddie Kimmel (04:36.418)
What about when people say, I want a red light panel. was like, what? But this is what's going on with me. You know, I've got this like, I got, I have a sciatica in my right side and I've got plantar fasciitis and my eyesight's going, you know, I got, got a list of things.
There is no way in any world of integrity where any company should say, yeah, we'll do that for you. You know, we're going to help you with that. They shouldn't be able to say that. What we really should be saying is that the red light, given how many frequencies and wavelengths and how strong it is, right? There's another issue. Is there clarity in the communication on the power and the duration and the usage and what's involved with the product? Because that's not always there or transparent.
But we should say that that red light spectrum, both the visible and invisible, you know, if we combine those to the infrared and the visible red spectrum, that generally we should get a boost in circulation, microcirculation, because we're releasing nitric oxide, so we get a vasodilatory effect. And then we should also be getting increased energy production from the cell. We should be getting more ATP, again, given time, duration, treatment length,
How much do I have a shirt on? Right? Because the shirt, which is stretchy material, is really good at refracting light. You know, it's not going to go through my pants, my yoga pants. So we have to ask all those questions. But generally, microcirculation, more energy, and so what does the body do with that energy? Well, one thing we'll do for the skin is it helps with... it helps the body do what the body does.
So what is skin? The collagen, it becomes more healthy, more hydrated, more plump with the microcirculation, and so we get a change in wrinkles. Wrinkle depth. Now, is it dramatic? I don't know. It depends on your skin and your lifestyle and your age and lots of other cofactors. But there is a thing called the Fitzpatrick Wrinkle Scale, which shows me, I think there's like 8 to 12 weeks, how the depth of wrinkle can change.
Freddie Kimmel (06:51.2)
if we've identified a light that gives us enough power and we're using it at the right distance with the right consistency. So we do get an aesthetic effect from red light therapy, 100%. You know, and if you generally take good care of your skin and then you add the red light, it's going to be even better. And then if you add minerals to all the water that you're drinking, you're drinking clean water and you're really hydrating, then it's going to be even
But your skin's gonna look even better. You're gonna just be glowing. I could go on and on and stacking these things, right? But that's what we should be doing when we talk about technology. You know, I'll do one more. I did this with my friend yesterday, Carindi. Carindi, Carindi. I always say her name in two ways. And we talked about pulsed electromagnetic field and she is just, she'd been renting a device from me. She's been renting an amp coil, which is frequency and
pulsed electromagnetic field. And I had said the same thing, you know, I used the water analogy and I said, you know, she's getting some really great results. And her question is, well, why? And why are they different between different people? I was like, that's the beauty of the biodiversity that we bring into the room. You know, if I have hundred people with a tight fascia, the driver of that tightness could be
nutrient deficiencies, could be lack of movement, could be a little bit of genetics, it could be trauma held in the body, it could be environmental burden of toxins, I don't know what the drivers of the tightness are. So that's why we'll get a very result. But if you put that electromagnetic coil in a body, the one thing that we're pretty clear on in the mechanism of action with a PEMF, pulsed electromagnetic field device, is that we increase the voltage or the cellular charge of that cell.
And when that happens, we get better microcirculation. And circulation, boosting circulation is a great thing. It's delivery of nutrients. It's the pick up and dump off of garbage. The body needs this, right? And we get these things by moving and exposure to sunlight and being well hydrated and making sure we have enough fat in the body for the lipid layer to be healthy in the cell. It's a natural process in the body, but we're boosting that process. We're getting better microcirculation.
Freddie Kimmel (09:14.85)
because we're increasing what's called the transmembrane potential, the voltage of that cell. So generally I'll use a red blood cell as an example, which is like, I think it's five microns. You know, that's basically like the width of a little microcapillary in your body. So all these red blood cells have a charge on the outside. They have a net positive on the outside, a negative on the inside. That transmembrane potential, that differential from the outside to the inside gets a little boost.
when we put an electromagnetic coil on the body and so we get better energy production in the cell because we're moving electrons so moving electrons microcirculation what else do we get right all the cells because they simply have more energy start to do their job and this is one where we if we want to go back into the literature and where we can find something that's
pretty clear if we look at the ability of a strong enough electromagnetic field to help a non-union fracture, which is a fracture in the bone that's failed to heal. And basically what happened, this could be like, I think even seven to eight years, bones have not healed, that the bone can start to grow back together. It sounds magical. But the reality is, is we've just upregulated the signaling
the signaling system within the body. And so the body remembers to grow back together. And it's just extra energy. Where is the energy being funneled off or lost or incredibly inefficient in that body that failed to heal the bone? We'll probably never know. But that's one of the great things about using technology. You know, you can say, I need to meet this person where they're at in the moment, and I need it now. Now there's certain things in my brain that was like,
Oh my God, this is the therapy for you, right? Whatever it is, whether it's molecular hydrogen, which my understanding and education is always evolving. And it's relatively new that we've even established the process of how we understand hydrogen to be a selective antioxidant. And now, now there's a paper out in 2024 with Tyler LeBaron indicating that it really works more like under the process of hormesis, there's a training effect.
Freddie Kimmel (11:36.088)
to molecular hydrogen, which I love even more, but we're just, guys, these papers are coming out in like November of 2024. You know, these things are new, 2025 maybe even, these things are new. So, you know, how you utilize them and incorporate them into a program, it's important. And we don't want people, I say, I don't want people to waste their money. And so I will always go back to, remember I started at the website, in the website overhaul, all the way back to, look,
The biological blueprint, if you guys are looking to improve your health and your position, this is 95 modules, 14 modules, 95 lessons. There's 20 medical practitioners contributing to this and you get a little bit of life coaching with me and we pay you back in Bitcoin when you complete. That's the foundational language. You know, the one-on-one, the consulting, what do I need? Do I need peptides? Do I need a device? Do I need the foundations? Do I need a better practitioner? Do I need to understand
What are the three diagnostic tests, Freddie, that you think I should know about my body? That's where the one-on-one can, we can up-level that and just make it a little bit better. Anyways, that's really what, that's what I'm doing. That's what I'm doing. That's how I'm helping people as a wellness concierge. And then there's another thing you're going to notice on the website that's brand new, and that is for companies. You know, a lot of times companies have great ideas, they've had great product, but they fail to meet the consumer.
with language that the consumer understands. So that's where, again, I'm a manifest generator and there's something about my energy I'm really good at connecting people with the right parties. So it may be the website, it may be the functionality of the website, it may be the language that's meeting the customer, it may be the language behind the product, it may be how it's priced in the marketplace, but because I've been in the space so much long, that is also a really good superpower of mine.
So I come in as a cleanup expert and help people and there's a calendar to book that too. The one more thing I want to mention is that I'm really proud of this. my assistant, I got to give a big shout out to my assistant Nicole all the way down to the Philippines. Nicole has painstakingly, she is categorized all 274 episodes and we are in the process. I got to tell you what it is now because it's just amazing.
Freddie Kimmel (14:03.808)
We are in the process, my goodness, this is nuts. I gotta go back to number one. How many do we have? 274 episodes, every single episode has a webpage. Yeah, I know, I know, it's crazy. It's crazy, so I'm gonna go all the way back to the first one. How many do we have here? We are all the way back to 190.
That goes all the way back to the power of neuroplasticity, the Gupta program's breakthrough in chronic illness. So every episode has a webpage with the YouTube link and the Spotify and the Apple and the full transcript and all the show notes. Man. painstaking work. God bless Nicole. I'm glad she has the fortitude and the attention to be able to do this because it was really needed.
If you've ever been to beautifully broken dot world, had a navigation menu and it was just a list of the links. And so it was hard to see. Now there's a search function, everything's categorized. And yeah, I'm just, really proud of how far the platform has come. And I guess this is my new year's 2026 love letter to all the work, both myself and the team and our sound editors and our video guys and everybody.
everybody's just doing it's great. I'm really proud of it. You know, I like, I like things to look pretty and I like them to look the way I want them to look. And I just, I, yeah, I'm proud. I'm proud. So I would love it if you would visit the website. Feel free to, if you feel compelled to connect or you want to do a consult or if you want, you know, if you need help connecting with the right technology, go ahead and utilize that service.
And if not, that's okay too. Share us a little love on social and say, Freddie, I love the website. It's so good. It looks so pretty. I got to name one more person in this and that, Nathan McGall, based in Austin, is a phenomenal, phenomenal photographer. And all the photos on the website are pretty much him. And yeah, I'm just stoked. I'm just stoked. So team, I'm going to shut it down here. We're at 16 minutes.
Freddie Kimmel (16:25.762)
We're rockin' through the new year. I'm so excited you guys took some time to spend it with me on this episode and I will speak with you soon. Big love.
